Why the Armory
An arsenal of people, ideas, and solutions.
I founded Red Tree, my former company centered on the philosophy that global collaboration makes our work better. Red Tree confirmed the business model works. Our global perspective and insights helped national and even local brands break the mold. The Armory seeks to go beyond that foundation with a sound creative and strategic philosophy that inspires increased business results.
The Armory believes that communication should create a conversation with consumers as a means to getting business results. The old marketing tactics of creating awareness through a one-way communications approach does not work in the new era of web 2.0. We have moved from an era of awareness to a new era of brand engagement where content is king and customers are in control.
The problem with many agencies today is either they are digital or traditional and very rarely both. Clients can’t be experts in every emerging new digital technology, and quite frankly neither can agencies. Clients are tired of managing and coordinating multiple agencies, but wary of agencies that say they can do it all. At the Armory we are integrators. We utilize traditional and new media to achieve the client’s goals.
The Armory’s promise to our client’s is to stay nimble, flexible, and in touch with trends and emerging technologies around the world, so our clients stay relevant. Plus, you pay for only what you need. We think of it like a movie production studio bringing together the brightest minds and best expertise for our client’s projects. The alternative was to create a fat agency infrastructure full of bureaucrats and turf protectors. That just didn’t sound very appealing to us.
